MotionW_2ColorThe Wisconsin Badgers had five players in double figures but still fell to the Gophers 93-82 in Minneapolis on Wednesday night.

Junior Dakota Whyte recorded a career-high 20 points on 6-of-13 from the field.  Sophomore Malayna Johnson also tallied a career best, scoring 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting.

Junior Nicole Bauman led the Badgers with 22 points, hitting 6-of-8 from three-point range.

The Badgers (8-15, 4-9 Big Ten) shot 45.6 percent from the field.  Minnesota (19-6, 8-5) hit 41.3 percent on the way to a season high 93 points.

The Badgers are back in action on Sunday, when they travel to No. 22 Nebraska in Lincoln.
