defending its national title as the national preseason favorite. The Badgers claimed all 14 first-place votes in the USCHO.com Division I Women’s Poll on Monday.
The Badgers spent 13-straight weeks at the top of the national polls last season en route to their fourth national championship.
The Wisconsin women’s hockey team kick starts its season this Friday and Sunday hosting Lindenwood at the Kohl Center.
