Brian Butch The Wisconsin Badgers magical season will not end with a Big Ten regular season title.  That distinction belongs to the Ohio State Buckeyes after Sunday's 49-48 win over the Badgers in Columbus.  It's the second straight Big Ten Conference title for the Buckeyes.

Ohio State freshman point guard Mike Conley Jr. scored 11 points, including the winning basket with four seconds left.  It gave the Buckeyes their 25th straight home court win.

The Badgers fell to 26-4 overall and lost consecutive games for the first time this season.

The game featured 12 lead changes and six ties and the Badgers led by 4 points (46-42) with 3 1/2 minutes left.  They also led by one in the closing minute when Kammron Taylor missed the front end of a bonus that would have extended the Badgers lead.  That's when the Buckeyes called a timeout, then proceeded to get the game winning basket from Conley.

Alando Tucker scored 12 points and Jason Bohannon had 11 to lead the Badgers.  Bohannon made all three of his 3-pointers off the bench for the Badgers.

Senior Ivan Harris had 13 points to lead the Buckeyes (26-3, 14-1 Big Ten).

Wisconsin lost junior forward Brian Butch (pictured) because of a right elbow injury in the first half.  Butch's status for for Saturday's regular season finale against Michigan State at the Kohl Center is uncertain.
