Poor shooting gets to the Badgers once again.  Wisconsin fell to Butler Thursday night 61-54 in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The Badgers connected on just 30% of their shots from the field in the loss.  Junior Jordan Taylor was the lone Badger in double-figures with 22-points.  Taylor talks about the teams struggles:

Senior Jon Leuer had one of the worse games of his career.  He had just 3-points on 1 of 12 shooting and 6-rebounds in 33-minutes of play.  Leuer talks about what went wrong:

Butler was led by Matt Howard’s 20-point 12-rebound performance.  The Bulldogs advance to the Elite-8 where they face Florida on Saturday.  Wisconsin’s season comes to an end with a 25-9 record.
