Wisconsin Badger running back Lance Smith was apparently arrested over the weekend after an altercation with his girlfriend in Madison. The incident may have started over cab-fare. The University of Wisconsin says they are investigating the incident. Smith is expected to be PJ Hill's main backup at running back this season.
