Wisconsin's Mike Newkirk (pictured) didn't practice yesterday after aggravating his left shoulder injury.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel , coach Bret Bielema said the injury might require surgery, though it's hoped that Newkirk would still be able to participate in summer-conditioning drills.
The Badgers are already without tackle Jason Chapman who is recovering from a torn ACL and end Kirk DeCremer, who had off-season back surgery.
