the Week honors for the second time in as many weeks. 

One week after matching UW’s freshman record with four rushing touchdowns and running for 145 yards on 11 carries, White tallied 235 all-purpose yards against the Michigan State Spartans, including 98 rushing yards on 10 carries and 2 touchdowns.  He added a career-high seven kickoff returns for 131 yards and a pass reception for six yards.

Among the top 100 rushers in the country, White’s 8.34 yards per carry average is fifth-best and is 1.59 yards per carry better than the school’s single-season record.  White’s six rushing touchdowns are tied for third in the country among freshman running backs.
