Marcus Landry The Wisconsin Badger mens' basketball team knocked off Illinois 61-48 to win the 2008 Big Ten Tournament Championship on Sunday afternoon at Conseco Fieldhouse.

This is Wisconsin's second Big Ten Tournament title, and the first time it has swept both the regular season and conference tournament trophies.

The Badgers were led by Brian Butch who scored 12 points and grabbed four rebounds to lead the Badgers to their tenth-straight win.  Wisconsin improves its overall record to 29-4.

Marcus Landry (pictured) was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.  Michael Flowers was also honored as a member of the all-tournament team.

The Fighting Illini were paced by Shaun Pruitt who totaled 13 points and 8 rebounds.  Illinois drops to 16-19 on the season.
