Restricted free agent guard Charlie Bell signed a five-year offer sheet worth more than $18-million on Monday with the Miami Heat. The Bucks have 7-days to match the offer.
Bell has made it clear that he wants to play for the Heat and doesn't want to be in Milwaukee. He averaged a career high 13.5 points a game in 64 starts with the Bucks last season.
