The search for a missing woman has ended with badly decomposed human remains being found in rural Adams County. Sheriff Darrell Renner says a man taken into custody early Tuesday when a search warrant was served on his property. According to a press release from the sheriff’s department, the man is considered a person of interest in the case. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death. The sheriff’s department is assuring the public that there appears to be no continuing threat at this time.
