Milwaukee Bucks big man Andrew Bogut has been named to the 2009-10 All-NBA Third team.  Bogut earned 149 points, the most for any player on the Third team and 11th most overall.

Bogut started 69 games for the Bucks this year, averaging career-highs with 15.9 points and 2.5 blocks and added 10.2 rebounds.  The fifth-year veteran was one of two players (Dwight Howard) to average at least 15 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks per game this season.

Bogut helped the Bucks to a 46-36 record, their most wins since going 50-32 in 2000-01, and their first playoff appearance since 2006.

Bogut is the first Bucks player to be voted onto an All-NBA team since Michael Redd earned third team honors in 2003-04.

Bucks General Manager John Hammond said he hopes Bogut has lofty goals for next season.
