The Milwaukee Brewers had a good home stand, but it could have been better.  Manager Ken Macha’s club dropped 2 of their 3 against Houston after falling 5-1 to the Astros yesterday.  Macha knows they have to perform better in St. Louis in a four game series which starts tonight.

Wandy Rodriguez worked 7-innings for his second straight win.  Dave Bush took the loss for the Brewers, falling to 3-6.  Bush worked 6-innings and gave up just 2 runs, but he surrendered 6 hits and 5 walks.

Brewers outfielder Cory Hart extended his hitting streak to 15-games.  They’re in St. Louis to face the Cardinals tonight.
