Sometime today (Wednesday), the Milwaukee Brewers are expected to set a franchise record for season attendance, eclipsing the mark set in 2001 when Miller Park first opened for business.

Through 74 home games this season, the Brewers have averaged 35,230 fans per game and have 28 sellouts.  They're 12th in attendance among all Major League teams.

The lucky fan who purchases ticket number 2,811,042 will be asked to come to the Miller Park Box Office this afternoon to be presented with a prize package including a game-worn Robin Yount jersey, a Geoff Jenkins game-used bat, a team autographed baseball, four tickets to the 2008 Home Opener and an official Brewers cap.
