The Milwaukee Brewers were held to just 3-hits last night and dropped their series opener to the Minnesota Twins 8-1 at Miller Park.

Boof Bonser dominated on the mound, working 7 innings, allowing 3 hits and striking out a career high 11 hitters.  It also ended a 5-game road losing streak for the Twins.

Gabe Gross and Prince Fielder singled and Gross scored on Bill Hall's rbi ground out in the first for the Brewers only runs.  They were shut down the rest of the way. 

Torii Hunter hit his second grand slam of the season and former Brewer Jeff Cirillo clubbed a 2-run homer and tripled in his first trip back to Miller Park.  Cirillo played the last two seasons for the Brewers. 

The Brewers lost for the sixth time in 8 games.  Chris Capuano (5-2) gave up six runs and seven hits in 5 1/3 innings.  Capuano started the season 5-0 and has now gone through back to back pour outings.
