Former Boston Red Sox outfielder Gabe Kapler is coming out of retirement. He's agreed to a 1-year, $800,000 deal with the Milwaukee Brewers .
The 32 year old Kapler spent the 2007 season as the manager of the Greenville Drive, the Class-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.
Kapler has had stints with Detroit, Texas, Colorado and Boston. He's a career .270 hitter.
