The team had a 3-0 lead heading to the 7th inning but then Jay Bruce took starter Shaun Marcum deep for a two run shot and in the 8th Joey Votto sent a Kameron Loe pitch deep over the centerfield wall to give the Reds the 4-3 win. Votto has owned Loe during during his career going 4-7 with 3 homers. Rickie Weeks led of the game with a home run for the Brewers. The Reds Francisco Cordero tallied his 300th career save with a perfect 9th. The Brewers take today off and will open up a three game weekend series in Miami against the Florida Marlins on Friday night.
