The Milwaukee Brewers have called an afternoon news conference today to officially announce the signing of free agent catcher Jason Kendall.
Kendall will be guaranteed $4.25 million under the one year deal. Kendall can also earn another $1 million in performance bonuses.
The deal also includes an option for 2009.
