Autopsy results show that two brothers from St. Croix County both died of a drug overdose.
43-year-old Greg and 38-year-old Jeff Knoll were found dead in their apartment in the Village of Burkhardt May 27th. Investigators believe the two men had been dead for more than two weeks when their landlord discovered their bodies.
Autopsy results released Tuesday show Jeff died of a heroin overdose, and Greg died from a prescription drug overdose.
Final autopsy results were released by the Ramsey County Medical examiners office.
