The chair of the Brown County Republican Party has stepped down, after being charged with inappropriate conduct with at least one teenage boy. Donald Fleischman faces charges of child enticement and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He's alleged to have fondled the teen after plying him with beer and marijuana. "Charges of that nature are not something we tolerate," said Kirsten Kukowski of the state Republican Party, adding that the charges against Fleischman came as a surprise. "We've dealt with the situation and we will continue to deal with it." Jay Heck from government watchdog group Common Cause says Fleishman's actions give politics a bad name, but notes this is an isolated incident. Fleishman faces a preliminary hearing on October 29th.
