Milwaukee Bucks logo 10Milwaukee Bucks coach Jason Kidd made a starting lineup change on Sunday, benching guard Michael Carter-Williams and forward Jabari Parker.  The move didn’t prevent a third straight loss, 87-82 to the Hornets in Charlotte.

With the score tied in the final minute, Hornets guard Nicolas Batum hit a three-pointer and a Bucks turnover led to Kemba Walker’s driving basket as the Hornets led 85-80.

Jerryd Bayless and O.J. Mayo replaced Carter-Williams and Parker in the starting lineup.  The change led to improved defense, but the Bucks still managed to hit just eight of 28 form three-point range.

Jason Kidd said he wasn’t sure whether the lineup change would last for the next few games.  He said it would be discussed prior to tonight’s  home game against the Denver Nuggets at the Bradley Center.

Khris Middleton had 19 points and Greg Monroe 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Bucks.
