The Milwaukee Bucks clinched a playoff spot on Sunday with a 96-73 win over the Brooklyn Nets at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The Bucks also clinched the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference, one year after the Bucks won an NBA worst 15-games.

Ersan Ilyasova had 21 points and O.J. Mayo added 17 for the Bucks, who will likely face either Toronto or Chicago in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

Not many people expected the Bucks to even make the playoffs, especially after losing 2nd overall pick Jabari Parker for the season back in December with a left knee injury.

After struggling coming out of the all-star break, the Bucks have won 6 of their last 10.  Jason Kidd is reportedly the first coach in NBA history to lead two franchises to the playoffs in his first two years as a head coach.

The Bucks held Brooklyn to 32 percent shooting for the game.  The Bucks broke a close game open by starting the 3rd quarter with an 18-6 run.

The Bucks have now won 40-games, its most since winning 46 in 2009-10.

The Bucks are at Philadelphia tonight.
