Milwaukee Bucks logoThe Milwaukee Bucks entered Tuesday nights home game against Detroit ranked 28th in the league in rebuilding.  They vowed to pay more attention to their rebounding and last night, it paid off.

The Bucks held a 50-36 advantage on the boards, including a whopping 19 offensive rebounds to knock off the Detroit Pistons 98-86 before 15,265 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

Brandon Knight scored 20 points and dished out 8 assists against his former team, helping the Bucks end a two-game losing streak, improving to 8-7 on the year.  O.J. Mayo made his first start of the season for the Bucks.  He scored 17 points.

The Pistons (3-11), while playing without point guard Brandon Jennings, lost their fifth straight game.  Center Andre Drummond had 23 points and 10 rebounds to lead Detroit.

Last nights game was the start of a 4-game, 5-night stretch.  They’ll play the next two games on the road, starting tonight with a trip to the Twin Cities to face the Minnesota Timberwolves.
