The Milwaukee Bucks return home with their 3rd straight victory and 8th in the last 11 games, knocking off the Detroit Pistons 104-88 at the Palace of Auburn Hills on Friday night.
The Bucks were playing shorthanded last night, but their bench came to the rescue again, outscoring Detroit’s reserves 69-13. The 69 bench points are a season-best.
Ersan Ilyasova finished with 22 points and 8 rebounds for the Bucks (10-7). Detroit (3-13) lost its seventh straight game. They got 26 points and 20 rebounds from Andrew Drummond.
The Bucks hit 13 of 29 three-point attempts and sank 39 of 77 shots overall (50.6%). No Bucks starter scored in double figures, but four of the five reserves did.
The Bucks return home to host the Houston Rockets at the BMO Harris Bradley Center tonight.
