The Milwaukee Bucks had New Orleans big man Anthony Davis in foul trouble last night but couldn’t take advantage, falling 102-98 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
The Bucks head into the all-star break with a 4-game losing streak and a 9-43 record, the worst in the NBA. They’ve dropped 10 of their last 11 games overall.
With Davis on the bench in the 3rd quarter after picking up his 4th foul, the Pelicans put 37 points on the board in the frame and the Bucks went from leading to trailing by 9. Davis finished with 12 points in 20 minutes and only 1 rebound.
Eric Gordon led the Pelicans with 21 points. Brandon Knight had 22 and Gary Neal 18 for the Bucks. Rookie Nate Wolters added 14 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds for the Bucks.
Following the break, the Bucks will have 30 games to play.
