It took a whole season for the Milwaukee Bucks to reach 15 victories last season. Last night, the Bucks matched that victory total before the end of the calendar year.
Jared Dudley was a perfect 10 for 10 from the field to lead the Bucks with 24 points in their 107-77 pounding of the Atlanta Hawks at Philips Arena Friday night.
The victory ended a 2-game losing streak and pushed the Bucks back to the .500 mark with a 15-15 record. Brandon Knight added 16 points for the Bucks in the victory.
The Bucks played without Ersan Ilyasova again. After just one game back from a broken nose, Ilyasova was forced to sit with a concussion. Center Larry Sanders also sat with an illness.
But the Bucks bench has been the best in the league all-season and it was that way again last night. The Bucks reserves tallied 54 points, including a perfect 4 for 4 from three-point range.
The Bucks turned 23 Atlanta turnovers into 30 points and had just 15 turnovers themselves.
The two teams return to Milwaukee to play the back-end of a home-and-home at the BMO Harris Bradley Center (7:30pm).
