The Milwaukee Bucks opened preseason play with a 92-83 win over the division rival Chicago Bulls at the Bradley Center on Tuesday night.

With the Bucks resting Andrew Bogut (sore hand), Jon Brockman got the start and pulled down a game-high eight rebounds and scored 6 points in the win.

Bucks first round draft pick Larry Sanders finished with 7 points and 2 rebounds in 14 1/2 minutes.  Sanders was so nervous before the game that he put on Chris Douglas Roberts jersey before the game.

The Bucks also played without veterans John Salmons and Corey Maggette, but power forward Drew Gooden had 12 points and 4 rebounds and point guard Keyon Dooling added 12 points and 4 assists.

Point guard Earl Boykins scored 12 of his game high 14 points in the 4th quarter to lead the Bucks.   Kyle Korver had 22 to lead the Bulls.

The Bucks face the Pistons in Detroit on Friday night, then return to Wisconsin to host the Charlotte Bobcats at the Resch Center in Green Bay on Saturday.
