It’s a peak period for home sales in the state, and the Wisconsin Realtors Association is hoping strong growth over the past two years will continue through the summer months.

This also is a peak period since people are more apt to make a housing and location change at the end of the school year.
Statewide sales have increased for 22 consecutive months and were up more than nine-percent last month, trends Theo is optimistic will continue.
