CC Sabathia won his Brewers debut on Tuesday night 7-3 over Colorado in front of a sellout crowd at Miller Park.

Ryan Braun got the Brewers on the board first with a 3 run homer in the bottom of the first inning.  That was his 22nd round-tripper of the year.  Milwaukee added a single run in the 3rd and three more in the 7th inning to put away Colorado.

Sabathia went six innings, giving up just 3 runs on five hits with five strikeouts.

The series contiues tonight as Ben Sheets gets the start for Milwaukee.

Ryan Braun has announced that he will compete in the Home Run Derby if he's healthy next week in New York.

Corey Hart continues to lead the NL Internet voting for the final All-Star roster spot.

The Brewers have signed 2nd round pick Seth Lintz.  The righty from Marshall County High School in Tennessee is the 33rd of 54 draft picks to sign deals with Milwaukee.
