The argument can be made that some things in life are worth fighting for, but pastry dough likely isn’t one of them. Two employees of a Racine bakery got into this week while on the job. Court documents indicate 21-year-old Taurean Johnson-Puttman took some dough from the other man’s work station. Investigating police say it led to a “face-to-face,” which then spurred Johnson-Puttman to put the other man into a choke hold so he wouldn’t punch him. Strangulation and suffocation is the charge against Johnson-Puttman, who faces up to six years in prison if convicted. He’s free on signature bond so he can think about it over the holiday.
