Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources staff will be available over the noon hour today, to answer the public’s questions about coyotes.

The dog-like predators have been in the news lately, particularly in urban southern Wisconsin.

Milwaukee County wildlife biologist for the DNR, Dianne Robinson, says they see an increase in calls about coyotes in February and March, when the animals are mating and having their pups.

Staff will be on hand to answer questions ranging from nuisance wildlife concerns to habitat and behavior.
