Make it 9-straight losses for the Green Bay Packers against the Eagles in Philadelphia. Donovan McNabb tossed two touchdown passes and added a pair of touchdown runs in the Eagles 31-9 win. The Packers actually led at the half, 9-7, thanks to three Dave Rayner field goals, one of them from 54 yards out. But in the second half, Green Bay collapsed on both sides of the ball and fell to 1-3. Philadelphia's Correll Buckhalter coughed up a pair of fumbles inside the Packers 5 yard line twice in the first half with the Packers recovering. But the Eagles came out in the 3rd quarter and took it right at the Packers. Both of McNabb's touchdown passes were to Greg Lewis and were directed right at Ahmad Carroll who struggled in coverage last night. Brett Favre was picked off twice before he had to leave the game in the 4th quarter with what Mike McCarthy described as a slight head injury and shoulder stinger. The Packers may have also lost wide receiver Robert Ferguson for awhile. He left the game with a foot injury and was walking on crutches in the lockerroom after the game. Ferguson told reporters afterwards that he feared a fracture. Ahman Green didn't dress for the game after injuring his hamstring in practice on Friday. Vernand Morancy got the start in his place. He rushed for 99 yards on 26 carries, a 3.8 yard per carry average. The Packers next face the Rams (3-1) at Lambeau Field on Sunday before heading into their bye week.
