The University of Miami has hired Wisconsin Deputy Athletic Director Shawn Eichorst as its new athletic director. Eichorst has held that position in Madison since 2009. He’s worked at the UW since 2006.
Eichorst has also been Associate AD at South Carolina and the athletic director at UW-Whitewater, where he also played college football.
