Estrada improved to 1-5 with the win, which came in his 16th start of the season.
The Brewers managed just 3-hits on the night. But they did take advantage of nine walks/hit batsmen from Cubs pitchers.
John Axford came out of the bullpen in the 9th to earn his 19th save of the season.
Cubs starter Chris Rusin took the loss, but he pitched well. Rusin set the Brewers down in order for the first three innings before running into some trouble in the 4th.
The Brewers loaded the bases and scored a run on a ball that hit Rusin but stayed in the infield. Norichika Aoki scored on the play. The Brewers had a chance to add more, but Jonathan Lucroy grounded into an inning-ending double play. Rusin went on to pitch the 5th inning as well before giving way to the bullpen. He also added his first Major League hit, a triple in the 3rd.
The Brewers took the first two games in the series and will go for the sweep this afternoon.
