You might call it a case of "drive through rage," in Dane County Thursday night. There were some tense moments at an Arby's outside Madison, where 26 year-old Aaron Eggerichs is accused of causing a disturbance in the drive through, because he wasn't getting his food fast enough. He's accused of yelling racial slurs at employees, one of whom was black. According to Elise Schaefer with the Dane County Sheriff's Department, Eggerichs tried to run down restaurant workers with his truck and narrowly missed the building, when they came outside to try and get his license plate number. Cops caught Eggerichs and arrested him on a laundry list of offenses including drunk driving, disorderly conduct with a hate crime enhancer, and reckless endangerment.
