Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Prince Fielder clubbed his National League leading 26th home run of the season in last night's 5-4 win over the Giants. His success this season isn't going unnoticed in the Major League Baseball All-Star balloting.
Fielder moved past Albert Pujols in the latest fan balloting, announced on Monday, more than 23,000 votes ahead of the Cardinals slugger. And his surge to the top came when the Brewers were on the road.
To go along with his 26 home runs, Fielder has 56 rbi's and a 643 slugging percentage.
