The first regular-season AP top-25 men’s college basketball poll is out and Marquette holds the distinction of being the highest ranked Wisconsin team to start the year.
The Golden Eagles are 17th this week. Marquette hosts Grambling on Tuesday night.
The Wisconsin Badgers start the year at #20.
Kentucky sits at number 1, followed by Michigan State, Louisville, Duke and Kansas.
