rounder in 2014 and a conditional pick in 2015.

The Raiders have gone through 15 different quarterbacks over the last decade.  They’re still trying to finalize  a deal that would send Carson Palmer to the Arizona Cardinals.

Flynn had signed a three-year, $26-million dollar deal with the Seattle Seahawks last season, then failed to beat out Russell Wilson for the job.

Flynn has made just two NFL starts in five seasons as a pro, but will be given an opportunity to win the Raiders starting job.  His competition is expected to be 2011 supplemental draft pick Terrelle Pryor.

The Raiders will eventually save about $6-million on this years salary cap when a Carson Palmer deal is finalized.
