Two more charges of possession of child pornography have been filed against former Racine Mayor Gary Becker.

During an arraignment in Racine County Circuit Court Tuesday, Becker did not enter a plea. Instead, he allowed Judge Stephen Simanek to enter a not guilty plea to the charges, which include attempted sexual assault of a child, child enticement, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, misconduct in public office, and now three counts of possession of child pornography.

Becker is scheduled to return to court April 3rd for a pre-trial conference.

District Attorney Mike Nieskes said the additional charges are based on images found in a computer that was in Becker's car when he was arrested last month. Nieskes said more charges could be filed after a review of the images by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Becker was arrested last month outside Brookfield Square Shopping Mall by agents from the state Department of Justice. He is accused of arranging a meeting over the internet to have sex with a 14-year-old girl. The girl was actually a state agent.

Becker is currently out on a $10,000 cash bond.
