Milwaukee Brewers centerfielder Carlos Gomez will be sent to the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers for a rehab assignment this week.

Gomez has been on the DL with a hamstring injury.
He is scheduled to play for the Timber Rattlers Wednesday through Saturday. The Rattlers host Burlington on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They open a series with Kane County on Saturday.
