Today is the day that NBA teams can officially sign free agents to contracts.  The Bucks will have a pair of free agents sign on the dotted line this morning.

6’10 big man Drew Gooden will get a 5-year, $32 million dollar contract to come to the Bucks.  Gooden has played for 8 teams over the last 8 seasons, but hopes to find some stability in Milwaukee’s front court along side of Andrew Boguts.

Sharp-shooter John Salmons also is re-upping with the Bucks today.  The 6’6 shooter gets a 5-year, $39 million dollar contract to remain with the team.  Salmons came to Milwaukee in a trade with the Bulls at the deadline last season and sparked a 2nd half run to the post season.
