Using a 38-3 run that spanned both halves, Green Bay (7-3) turned a four-point deficit into a 31-point lead at the Resch Center on Tuesday night, giving the Phoenix a 76-49 win over visiting Tennessee Tech (6-7) in men’s college basketball action.

Green Bay scores 27 of the first 29 points to start the second half to break the game open.  Junior Keifer Sykes scored 17 to lead the Phoenix, while senior Vince Garrett added 16 points.

Green Bay held the Golden Eagles to 30% shooting from the field (19-63) and 1-for-16 from beyond the arc.

The Phoenix will host Fairfield on Saturday (1pm) at the Resch Center.
