It was a shocking upset on the Kress Events Center floor on Friday night.  The Green Bay Phoenix women's basketball team had previously captured its 10th straight Horizon League regular-season title, finishing 17-1 in league play.  They finished 6-games better than any other team.

Those numbers apparently didn't impress Cleveland State , because the Lady Vikings marched into Green Bay and rocked the Phoenix 90-66 in the Horizon League semi-finals.

The 24-point blowout is the worst for the Phoenix (26-5) since they lost 94-70 to Connecticut in last years NCAA Tournament.

Cleveland State shot 52% (13 for 25) from three point range and saw five players score in double figures.

The Vikings (18-13) will play Wright State at noon on Sunday in the Horizon League Championship game.
