Zach Greinke struck out 10 hitters in 7-innings on Wednesday, pitching the Milwaukee Brewers to a 6-4 win over the Washington Nationals.  It’s the 6th straight win for the Brewers and the 9th straight at Miller Park.  Greinke also helped his own cause by homering in the victory.

Greinke improved to 3-1 on the season.  Manager Ron Roenicke assessed his right handers performance.

The Brewers moved 4-games over .500 (27-23).  Prince Fielder had 2 hits and 4 rbi’s for the Brewers.  Michael Morse socked his 3rd homer of the series for the Nationals, who have lost 5-straight and ended their road trip with a 1-7 record.

The Brewers returned the favor by sweeping Washington.  The Nationals took 3 straight from the Brewers in Washington D.C. earlier this season.
