Brewers shortstop J.J. Hardy is recovered from his sprained right ankle. The problem is, Hardy's comeback has been stalled by a problem with the peroneal tendon behind the anklebone. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, that tendon has been snapping in and out of place periodically, preventing Hardy from doing the hitting and fielding drills necessary to return to action. There's no timetable for Hardy's return.
