Governor Doyle is pleased that more and more Wisconsin companies are doing a booming business in China. But there is one product that's running into road blocks.

Chinese cyclists get excited about the big bikes from Wisconsin but Governor Doyle says there are restrictions. You can't ride them in most major cities. Enthusiasts have to haul them outside city limits to ride them.
Harley Davidson opened a Beijing dealership about a year ago and there's a growing Hog Club in Beijing so the interest is there but the Governor says Chinese trade restrictions are keeping the business from taking off. And there's the price.
The Governor admits they are high end vehicles and people need some disposable income to purchase them but he says more and more Chinese are now able to do that.
The Governor thinks the long haul looks good for Harley Davidson in China. It will just be incremental.
