Relief pitcher LaTroy Hawkins was recalled from the minors yesterday and could be activated during the next day or 2 by the Milwaukee Brewers.
Hawkins couldn’t pitch last night because he had been used both Saturday and Sunday at Triple (A) Nashville. He should be activated in the next day or 2.
When the move is made, reliever Brandon Kintzler is the most likely candidate to return to the minors.

Corey Hart was sent out to Triple (A) Nashville for a rehab assignment. Hart is expected to spend about a week in the minors before making his return to Milwaukee.
