November saw another increase in home sales in Wisconsin. According to figures released by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, sales were up 15 percent over the same month in 2010.

While sales were up, the statewide median price continued to dip a little in November, down 2.2 percent to about $134,000.

Marquette University economist David Clark says some regions of the state performed better than others, with northern Wisconsin seeing the highest increase with sales up almost 28 percent.

Homes sales have continued to improve in the second half of 2012, following a weak start to the year.
