The Horizon League opened play on Thursday night.  UW-Milwaukee started things off with a win.  The Panthers got 30 points and 12 rebounds from Anthony Hill and knocked off Youngstown State 76-67.

The Panthers improved to 4-4.

Phoenix fall in opener

The Green Bay Phoenixdropped their Horizon League opener, falling 83-75 to Cleveland State at the Resch Center in Green Bay.

Bryquis Perine had 22 points for the Phoenix in the loss.

The Vikings came into the game hitting just 28% of it’s 3-point attempts, but made 10 of 14 against Green Bay on Thursday night.
