A 19-year-old Janesville man has been arrested on a charge of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, involving a 12-year-old Milwaukee girl he located online. Janesville police say the Milwaukee Police Department requested help in finding a runaway girl. Officers located her Wednesday afternoon at the residence of Richard Rucks. The girl told them she met Rucks over an Internet dating site. Police say the two had repeated sexual contact. The 12-year-old has been returned to her family in Milwaukee. Rucks was taken to the Rock County Jail to await a court appearance.
