A Janesville man is facing a charge of felony 10th-offense intoxicated driving. According to Janesville police, 53-year-old Scott Ross was arrested a little before 2:00 a.m Sunday.
Officers who made a traffic stop at the intersection of West Milwaukee Street and South Jackson Street for a traffic violation said the driver showed signs of impairment. Ross was also arrested on charges of probation violation and operating a motor vehicle left of center.
